Welcome to the Managing Neighborhood Change Collaborative Competition, an initiative co-hosted by Root Change and the National Alliance of Community Economic Development Associations (NACEDA) to discover and collect open source, innovative, and workable solutions to the challenges of equitable neighborhood development and revitalization.
